Repairs and Complaints
Even though we do our absolute best to ensure that all OLA Jewelry pieces are in excellent condition when shipped, a default can occur, even after a while. Complaints about the delivered goods and/or defects have to be done immediately at the time of delivery and in writing, preferably by means of an email with some pictures to show the problem. When no precise and detailed complaint reaches us within 5 days from delivery, in writing, the delivered goods shall be deemed accepted.
If your jewelry needs repair, please contact us at info@olajewelry.com and we will be happy to assist you. A possible repair could be:
- damage; despite your careful handling it is possible that you accidentally damage the jewelry piece (ie scratches or dents on the surface).
- discoloration; intensive wear, exposure to moist/water, chemical substances such as perfume, soap and sunlight can discolor the nylon colored, silver and gold plated pieces.
- broken or defective; the chain is broken, a ring has opened so the chain is released, or deformation.
